In order to create positive workplaces it is imperative to have a culture where staff can air their feelings in a proactive way that stops problems escalating and resentment setting in. What is the Workplace Champion Project?
The Workplace Champion Project is an initiative focused on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. By establishing clear resources and trained Workplace Champions throughout the organisation, we aim to provide employees with a safe and supportive environment where they can openly discuss issues and seek assistance for their mental health and wellbeing and discuss their job role and the difficulties they may be encountering before the challenges that their toll. Mental health issues are imploding in the workplace and we aim to give employees the tools to seek support and help to alleviate their mental health worries.
